Dear Paul, Jenny, Mathew and team, Thank you so much for conducting James's funeral on Thursday, with dignity and meticulous attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble, we had a vision in our minds of the perfect funeral, and you and Catherine and it all came true. Guests at the funeral commented on how considerate and thoughtful you were compared with other funeral directors they had dealt with, so we were very grateful to Catherine for recommending you. The music was beautifully presented by Mathew and added a special touch to the ceremony. The seagrass coffin was a sensation, and just perfect with the spray of white flowers. We are complete novices when it comes to arranging funeral, so thank you for guiding us through with kindness, compassion and above all patience, and for agreeing not to re-charge us extra for the sunshine.
