Dear Paul,
I am overwhelmed by your thoughtfulness and kindness. Thank you so very much for the video and photographs of my mom’s funeral. It was truly a beautiful ceremony and absolutely everything was way beyond my expectations – I really could not have wished for more - and I am sure that Mom would feel the same. What a lovely day, with the sun shining and the birds singing, in really beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much for the sensitive and wonderful way in which Mom was honoured and laid to rest. Thank you for stepping in and conducting the ceremony itself. Paul, you have given me such a precious gift, not only in all of this, but also in sending me the video. I tried so hard to imagine what her funeral was like, but now I feel part of the final “goodbye – till we meet again”.
My family and I are so very grateful for all you have done! I don’t have enough words! God bless you.

Dear Paul.
I am writing to thank you for your assistance in organising our mother's funeral. As you can imagine, it was an extremely difficult time for my sister and me, and I have to admit that I was dreading my first meeting with you. However, both you and Matthew did a great deal to help, together with Ravi of course - my sense of dread was completely unfounded. All of you provided us with a great deal of support both practically and emotionally and our conversations were constructive as well as passionate (and sometimes very humorous!). Please also pass on my thanks to your parents for the support they provided on the day of the funeral itself.
