Dear Paul, I am writing to thank you on behalf of Mum and the rest of the family, for all you have done in arranging Dad's funeral - from taking him into your care, meeting us and making all the arrangements and keeping us informed, right through to the day itself. You have made a very difficult time so much easier to bear from beginning to end. Thank you for being so calm, reassuring and comforting and for liaising with Sue Hopper to whom we are so grateful for the wonderful service she organised - it was perfect.
