To Paul, Penny and the team,

It has taken me a while to write this card as it feels like the last piece of a jigsaw that I didn't want to complete. But I wanted to thank you for all your kindness and compassion you showed my mother and my family after my mother passed away.

I was very touched that you talked to my mother when you were wrapping her up to take her away. Being in the house without her was really hard, but I felt confident that you were looking after her.

Seeing mum in the chapel of rest was also very hard, but she did look very peaceful and her make up was lovely.

The whole process was very traumatic but again the kindness and compassion you showed us all, especially my mother, some how made it a little easier. I will be forever grateful for this.
