A funeral is a daunting event to think about and arrange but you made it more comfortable to sort. We felt so relaxed on our first visit to Shoobridge and at ease with your warm and comforting approach. We of course were sad for our loss but on talking to you we remembered the happy memories which we have and hold dearly of Joan. Nothing was too much trouble for you, even with opening after hours for the florist and me to decorate the coffin. You really are a unique person with the qualities and comforting approach that helped us immensely at our saddest time.

Thank you to your family for the day of Joan's funeral they were amazingly kind and supportive and for you for going above and beyond doing Joan's internment. You gave her such a beautiful send off.
